Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce implementations and customized solutions within the platform and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system enhancements using Apex, SOQL, Flow, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders and marketing professionals to identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee the quality of offshore programming efforts and collaborate across multiple scrum teams.
• Handle complex data migration, hygiene projects, and the configuration of user security permissions and hierarchies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud integration.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and user hierarchies.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or AutoRabit.
• Proven track record with full lifecycle implementations for 500+ user licenses.
• Working knowledge of Ant, web services, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with complex formula fields and reporting structures.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns and design principles.
