You will lead the modernization of the Salesforce ecosystem and optimize development practices to reduce technical debt.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current codebase to identify inefficiencies and define guidelines for sustainable architecture.
• Architect and implement Salesforce-based structures to support global digital products.
• Streamline Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, and API integrations.
• Drive the integration of Salesforce with analytics, marketing automation, and customer-facing platforms.
• Champion the adoption of digital standards and Salesforce best practices, specifically for Service Cloud.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and software development optimization.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Configurations and Apex Development.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record designing microservices-based architectures and API-first solutions.
• Strong background in API integrations and software development.
• Experience in Salesforce modernization and reducing technical debt.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and establish development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven approaches for code optimization and automated maintenance.
