You will drive Salesforce modernization and technical governance for large-scale digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce structures to support global digital products.
• Optimize instance performance, manage content workflows, and reduce authoring costs.
• Lead updates to configurations, including Apex classes, Web Services, and API integrations.
• Implement version control best practices and eliminate reliance on exceptions within development teams.
• Champion digital standards and Service Cloud adoption.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, Salesforce modernization, and software development.
• Deep knowledge of Apex development and Salesforce configurations.
• Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures and API-first solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex and Web Services.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with analytics, marketing automation, and customer-facing platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven approaches for code optimization and automated maintenance.
