Description

Define and own the end-to-end architecture for scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce Platform, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement complex integrations using API-led architecture, event-driven patterns, and tools like FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
• Ensure system performance, security, and maintainability by optimizing for governor limits and enforcing data privacy regulations.
• Mentor team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead technical decision-making in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and core platform features.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.
• Experience with deployment strategies and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Experience with multi-org implementations and large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TIBCO, MuleSoft, or equivalent middleware for integration.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns.
