Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Your work involves building scalable integrations and optimizing platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom features using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Design and implement integration patterns including API-led, Kafka, ESB, and microservices.
• Optimize SOQL performance and manage Apex governor limits.
• Map business processes, such as lead-to-order and case lifecycles, to Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure robust CRM functionality for service operations and sales processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Proven expertise in customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: API-led, Kafka, ESB, and microservices.
• Experience with SOQL performance tuning and Apex governor limits.
• Ability to map business requirements to Salesforce technical solutions.
• Education: Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Additional certifications in OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, or DevOps (Copado).
