Description

You will lead the implementation and support of Salesforce Billing solutions within a Quote-to-Cash framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce CPQ Billing processes, including contract renewals, amendments, subscriptions, and tax rules.
• Configure billing schedulers, treatments, and invoice generation for specific business use cases.
• Integrate the Billing module with downstream ERP applications and product usage data.
• Support month-end closing for billing and accounts receivable, including AR sub-ledger reconciliation.
• Leverage out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities for e-payment and wallet functionality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years implementing Salesforce solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing or similar platforms.
• Direct experience completing at least one end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementation or support project.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flows on the Force.com platform.
• Deep understanding of invoicing plans for annual, monthly, one-time, and multi-year subscriptions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating billing modules with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Advanced Billing super badges.
