Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development and architecture decisions for Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Design and implement secure, high-performing data and security models.
• Drive integration strategies leveraging APIs and middleware.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality delivery in bi-weekly release cycles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with extensive hands-on Salesforce development.
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and contribute to architectural-level decision-making.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification in Platform Developer I/II or Architect track.
