Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement efficient end-to-end business processes.
• Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables for enhancements and fixes.
• Maintain and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Strong understanding of custom metadata types and Salesforce data/security models.
• Experience with integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze issues quickly and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
