Description

Design and implement complex Salesforce automation, AI-driven content generation, and data integration solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce-based automation triggered from Account records using Lightning Quick Actions and Screen Flows.
• Develop a Context Assembly Engine using Apex Invocable Actions and OmniStudio Integration Procedures.
• Design and configure Prompt Builder templates with deterministic structure, grounding, and safety logic for Agentforce.
• Implement Document Generation solutions, configuring token mapping for automated Word/PDF creation and storage.
• Lead UAT cycles, defect remediation, and prompt tuning to ensure production readiness and executive accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with complex enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Builder.
• Strong experience with Data Cloud / Data360 and data integration strategies.
• Advanced skills in Flow, Apex, and OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Document Generation).
• Experience designing AI-assisted content generation solutions with business tone rules.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and governance.
• Proven ability to support UAT and stabilize solutions for production readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with analytics integrations such as Tableau.
• Background in document automation or executive reporting solutions.
