Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce modules to improve business functionality and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test Salesforce modules to meet client requirements.
• Analyze business processes to recommend and develop technical solutions.
• Build user profiles, permission sets, and groups while maintaining organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot and reverse engineer flows and system behaviors to align with trained processes.
• Articulate technical logic and process design to business stakeholders and IT counterparts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with Aura and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and Events.
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality.
• Ability to manage change and deploy change sets in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
