Description

You will architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, leading technical design and integration efforts while mentoring a team of developers and administrators.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST, SOAP, and point-to-point solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure adherence to best practices and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and drive root cause analysis to improve system availability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team through agile delivery models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce development.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, React JS, and JavaScript for front-end UI design.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Vlocity, Lightning CPQ, or Order Management is preferred.
• Certified Salesforce Admin and Advanced Developer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vlocity platform areas.
• Knowledge of Lightning CPQ and Order Management.
