Description

You will design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service capabilities. You lead end-to-end project implementations, including Experience Cloud integration, Einstein AI configuration, and Einstein bot setup.

Responsibilities

• Configure in-app messaging with Einstein bots and live agents for seamless support.
• Implement Knowledge Articles with Einstein recommendations to enhance self-service resolution.
• Optimize skill-based Omni Channel routing to direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Customize Service Cloud functionality using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliver aligned solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning.
• Experience implementing 2-3 Experience Cloud projects.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI configuration and Einstein bot setup.
• Proven ability to configure skill-based Omni Channel routing.
• Experience with in-app messaging and Knowledge Article integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Salesforce Service Cloud Certification.
