Description

Design and develop Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions to support commercial and small business lending workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop FSC solutions tailored to business lending use cases, including opportunity lifecycle and credit memos.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for loan origination and servicing.
• Manage data migrations, record deduplication, and integration with core banking or loan origination systems via MuleSoft.
• Customize FSC objects and relationships to align with financial data models, focusing on financial accounts and borrowers.
• Collaborate with credit analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure scalable, secure platform architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 4+ years in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong domain expertise in Business Lending, covering covenants, collateral tracking, and loan servicing.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader.
• Experience designing custom objects, flows, and automations.
• One or more Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data quality management and debugging complex integration issues.
• Ability to provide guidance to offshore/onshore development teams.
