Description

Lead technical development and implementation for Salesforce CRM projects from inception through production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through technical mentoring, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Own detailed project design using UML diagrams and comprehensive design documentation.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, including application design, development, and support.
• Drive requirement gathering, scope definition, and discovery for mid-to-large scale projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Force.com development experience.
• Expertise in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and the Aura framework.
• Hands-on experience with LDS components and SFDC configurations (Custom Objects, Settings, Page Layouts).
• Proficiency in workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and sharing rules.
• Experience with environment management, release management, and source control.
• Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration tools (ANT, GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado).
• Strong understanding of CRM, SOQL, UML, and detailed design methodologies.
• Ability to generate and analyze reports and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API SFDC integrations.
• SFDC Certification.
