Description

Lead the design and development of large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions involving large vendors and key stakeholders.
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to meet functional requirements.
• Develop task automations using scripts, tools, and native Salesforce features.
• Manage complex integrations by applying knowledge of integration methodologies and product limitations.
• Execute development within Agile implementation methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and design.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, including data models and security models.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Flows and Process Builder.
• Experience building interfaces with Visualforce, Aura Lightning, and LWC.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies and product features.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
