Description

You will provide technical expertise for the US Access & Commercial Excellence product line, focusing on the evolution, implementation, and support of vendor-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, develop, and unit test solutions for new projects and maintenance releases.
• Resolve production defects and perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, and support documentation.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to eliminate technical debt.
• Collaborate with global development teams and operations to define requirements and use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience with strong programming knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Bolt Communities, and Sales/Service Consoles.
• Proficiency with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with GIT version control systems and multi-tiered release environments.
• Experience working within Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Salesforce Advanced Certification (e.g., DEV-501).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with AngularJS, React, Ember, Polymer, or Backbone.
• Experience with Heroku and Java applications.
