• Designing, building, and deploying Apex, LWC, and Flow solutions on Financial Services Cloud
• Owning integrations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
• Writing meaningful unit tests — not just chasing coverage percentages
• Working within established CI/CD pipelines (SFDX + Flosum)
• Participating in technical design discussions and contributing to architectural decisions

What You Must Bring
Salesforce
• 6+ years Salesforce development — Apex, LWC, SLDS, SOQL, Flows
• Strong governor limit awareness and bulkification patterns — must be second nature
• Hands-on FSC experience — data model (Accounts, Financial Accounts, Policies, Relationships)
• Integration experience — REST/SOAP callouts, Platform Events, idempotency, error handling
• Knowledge on headless agents and Agentforce – awareness on Salesforce MCP.
• CI/CD: SFDX, Git, at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset
• Security fundamentals: FLS/CRUD, sharing rules, least privilege
Delivery & Mindset
• Proven ability to work independently — minimal ramp, maximum output and efficiently collaborating with team where required.
• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum — daily standups, sprint planning, story estimation
• Clear communicator — flags blockers early, provides accurate ETAs, documents decisions
• Strong code review skills — can review work and give actionable feedback
Nice to Have
• OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Experience Cloud or Communities
• MuleSoft or middleware integration patterns
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, FSC Accredited Professional, Application Architect
• Insurance domain depth: policy lifecycle, claims processing, broker/producer management
• GenAI tools: GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude — able to use them productively without over-relying on them
• Some full stack exposure: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or .NET — enough to collaborate on integration services
