Description

Lead technical development and integration efforts for large-scale Salesforce programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apache NiFi, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Build and manage Salesforce native or hybrid mobile applications.
• Implement and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
• Manage project lifecycles, including governance, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex classes, Apex Web services, and APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura components, and Salesforce Flows.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Tableau CRM/Einstein.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce using Apache NiFi, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with AppExchange deployment and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Proven experience in large-scale project management using Agile, Waterfall, or iterative methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government jurisdictions or large private sector organizations.
