You will lead technical development and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the lifecycle for Service Cloud and Contact Center capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure Service Cloud features to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement Contact Center capabilities, including Omni-channel and skill-based routing.
• Own the technical configuration and development lifecycle for Salesforce instances.
• Communicate technical solutions and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud configuration and development.
• Expertise in configuring Omni-channel features.
• Proven experience setting up and managing skill-based routing.
• Strong professional communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
