Description

Lead technical implementations and define development standards within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will own the release pipeline, mentor developers, and conduct architectural risk assessments to ensure process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define coding standards and provide technical guidance for the development team.
• Mentor developers to enhance technical capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate alternatives, and assess architectural risks.
• Manage process compliance and participate in technical design reviews.
• Prepare status reports to mitigate project risks and manage escalations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of professional Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical leadership role.
• Proven experience completing at least 2 full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Technical background in HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML, and SQL/relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background in HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML, and SQL/relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and App Builder.
• Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Service Cloud.
