Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce environments, integrations, and automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom code using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build intuitive user interfaces utilizing Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage deployments using continuous deployment tools like Copado or GitLab.
• Design and implement complex automation including Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and the Lightning Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce API and web services integration.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Development Patterns and Test Driven Development.
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Competency in Salesforce administration including Roles, Profiles, and Metadata.
• Experience with Data Loader and package installations.
• Practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to develop Reports, Dashboards, and reporting snapshots.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or PowerBI.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.
• Relevant Salesforce Developer certifications.
