Description

You will own the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous jobs.
  • Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura components.
  • Implement complex Flow automation while adhering to performance and maintainability best practices.
  • Design and build integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

  • 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience with Service Cloud configuration, Omni-Channel, and Case Management.
  • Proficiency in Flow Builder (record-triggered, screen flows, orchestrations).
  • Experience developing and deploying Einstein features.
  • Strong command of REST API development and integration patterns.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security models and governor limits.
  • Familiarity with data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II.
  • Hands-on experience with Omni-channel implementation.
