Description

Lead technical implementations and guide a team of developers on large-scale Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-8 developers through technical design, build, and unit testing phases.
• Prepare technical designs for Sales and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure code quality follows established best practices.
• Conduct end-to-end implementation of Salesforce modules and community cloud solutions.
• Report task status and progress against agreed schedules to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Architect or technology leader in mid-to-large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, LWC, and batch classes.
• Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 1 Community Cloud implementation.
• Proven track record with Salesforce implementations for 10K+ users.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, including Cloud, Integration Technologies, and Master Data Management.
• Experience working within Agile implementation frameworks.
• Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Non-Profit or Salesforce community implementations.
