Description

You will own solution architecture and modernization across Salesforce and AWS Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Make architecture and design decisions for end-to-end solutions across the application landscape.
• Execute technology modernization projects, including migration to cloud-native services and API strategy.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce and AWS Cloud, delivering proof of concepts for solution feasibility.
• Implement Call Center applications using AWS Connect, IVR, Chat, and digital channels.
• Establish guardrails and enforce best practices in development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in solution, application, and architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years development and architecture experience in Salesforce Cloud, Service, Apex, and integrations.
• Hands-on implementation with LWC, Apex APIs, and Apex Triggers; ability to build Salesforce from scratch.
• 1+ years AWS Cloud experience with Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, AWS Glue, and Event Streaming.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Containers, and Serverless Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect or equivalent Call Center implementations.
