Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of customized Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service domains. You will translate business requirements into technical features while mentoring junior staff and leading complex application development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software enhancements, configurations, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior programmers and analysts, providing technical guidance on best practices.
• Identify, document, and resolve technical defects and issues through strong analytical processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience developing for the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building object-oriented, database-backed web applications.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• High proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience.
• Experience using version control systems, specifically Git.
• At least two Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, or JavaScript Developer 1).
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with Apex and LWC.
• Platform Developer 2 Certification.
• Experience with AI/Einstein features and working within a Salesforce SOX compliant environment.
