Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of customized Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service domains while mentoring junior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software enhancements, configurations, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical features and lead complex application development projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Identify, document, and resolve technical defects through strong analytical processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience developing for the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building object-oriented, database-backed web applications.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• High proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience.
• Experience using version control systems, specifically Git.
• At least two Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, or JavaScript Developer 1).
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with Apex and LWC.
• Platform Developer 2 Certification.
• Experience with AI/Einstein features and working within a Salesforce SOX compliant environment.
