Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and custom enhancements using clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and custom workflows within the platform.
• Execute administrator functions including user maintenance, profile customization, security settings, and data sharing rules.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization, redesign, or development.
• Collaborate with internal business groups and external consultants to optimize implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 4-6 years of hands-on Java and J2EE/JEE software development experience.
• Expertise in building Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency with Salesforce workflow rules and org-to-org connections.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Full-stack experience covering both back-end and front-end development.
• Technical knowledge of at least one commercial CMS platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience migrating Salesforce applications from Classic to Lightning.
