Description

Design, develop, and support customized Salesforce applications and workflows while serving as platform administrator.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate application changes through development, testing, and deployment phases with functional areas and third-party vendors.
• Create and review business and technical requirement documents to manage functionality enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for functional area stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate resolutions across internal technical staff and third-party providers.
• Monitor system performance and data quality to implement processes for improved accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technical experience working with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and Heroku.
• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning development.
• Competency in data modeling, management, and security.
• One or more Salesforce.com (SFDC) certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working in a Government setting.
