Description

Lead the technical direction and development lifecycle for Salesforce environments, managing configuration, security, and data integrity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction for existing and new Salesforce instances.
• Manage full development phases including design, coding, and testing.
• Oversee configuration of custom objects, record types, and page layouts.
• Implement data integrity measures including imports, de-duplication, and cleanup.
• Partner with Marketing and Data teams to ensure functional reliability for analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or Salesforce engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex and SOQL.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com administration and configuration.
• Ability to design reports, dashboards, and complex data integrations.
• Strong background in technical documentation and end-user training material creation.
• Experience with C++ and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
