Description

You will lead onsite DevOps operations and Salesforce development for multiple organizational pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple organizational pipelines to ensure efficient development operations.
• Streamline development processes using Git, Git Pipelines, Jira, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Salesforce Lightning.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team to ensure project success and technical cohesion.
• Apply full-stack principles to Salesforce development projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Git and Git Pipelines.
• Proficiency with Jira and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX.
• Strong Salesforce Lightning development skills.
• Background in React or full-stack development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex pipelines.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copado or Flosum to optimize DevOps workflows.
