Description

You will own the release pipeline for the Salesforce ecosystem, shifting from manual GitHub coordination to automated Copado-driven management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage GitHub-based code releases across Salesforce teams to ensure deployment accuracy and consistency.
• Lead the migration from manual release processes to automated release management using Copado.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software releases.
• Develop version control strategies using Git and Copado to manage deployment phases.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain operational stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• 7+ years of experience with Git version control.
• 7+ years of experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• 7+ years of experience in performance optimization.
• Proficiency with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS DevOps tools and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copado for automated release management.
