Description

Lead DevOps strategy and deployment automation for large-scale Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the project DevOps strategy.
• Manage CI/CD workflows, version control, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with QA, Tech Leads, and Architects to deliver build artefacts.
• Develop scripts using Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX.
• Author Technical Design Documents to ensure adherence to design patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development.
• Proven experience with CI/CD technologies and Git version control.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX.
• Expertise in large-scale integrations using SOAP, REST, and Streaming (including Lightning Events).
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Technical Design.
• High level of English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
