You will lead the engineering and development of scalable digital platforms within the CRM domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering teams in the development of scalable CRM digital platforms.
• Guide developers from junior to senior levels while managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Design data models and implement efficient, maintainable CRM solutions.
• Drive interfaces to other systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless integration.
• Diagnose technical issues and query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, and .NET.
• Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics (Backend and Frontend).
• Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and insight generation.
• Solid understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle, and personalization.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
