Description

Lead engineering for scalable CRM platforms and data models. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable CRM solutions and data models.
• Drive integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Lead and guide engineering teams from junior to senior levels.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose CRM-related problems.
• Provide technical estimates and act as a subject matter expert in pre-sales.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex, C#, and .NET.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics (Backend and Frontend).
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Ability to query databases for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Competency in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
