Description

Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, focusing on custom development and integrations. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and design.
• Build reusable Apex code following best practices to ensure application quality.
• Own project work from debugging and bug fixing to production deployment.
• Write test classes to maintain over 80% code coverage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com application development or support.
• Hands-on experience with administration, including user management, security controls, roles, and profiles.
• Proficiency in designing custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Experience building Visualforce pages, dashboards, and reports.
• Technical experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce permissions and security models.
• Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Experience working within an Agile development team.
