Description

You will design and build technical solutions on the Salesforce platform within an agile team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce solutions focusing on reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design technical solutions and provide architecture recommendations.
• Publish clear design documentation and participate in formal architecture and code reviews.
• Support team success by assisting with business analysis or quality testing when required.
• Manage release processes and adhere to technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus).
• Experience building solutions using low-code tools like Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, triggers, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related subject area.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) certification.
