Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements with business and program stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions.
- Design Salesforce architecture, integrations, and configurations.
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Build and support enterprise-level system integrations.
- Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases for changes, deprecations, and potential impacts.
- Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, governance, and technical standards.
- Identify and implement practical AI/automation opportunities in Salesforce.
- Lead technical teams or development activities when required.
