Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce implementations, including technical design, system architecture, and operational readiness documentation.
• Perform impact analysis across the Salesforce domain to ensure architectural integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and third-party integrations.
• Partner with the developer team to ensure projects meet technical standards and deadlines.
• Obtain architecture approvals from the Architecture Review Board.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Omni Studio.
• Strong experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, data structures, and data modeling.
• Ability to write SQL queries and perform ad hoc reporting.
• Knowledge of Release Management processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub or Copado.
• Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex integrations.
• Mandatory Salesforce Certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Cloud.
