Description

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce implementations, including technical architecture and operational readiness documentation for Architecture Review Board approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and third-party integrations.
• Perform impact analysis across the Salesforce domain to ensure system stability.
• Partner with the developer team to ensure projects are delivered correctly and meet deadlines.
• Manage release processes using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Omni Studio.
• Must hold Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and writing SQL queries for ad hoc reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub or Copado.
• Demonstrated ability to debug and integrate Salesforce with third-party tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Cloud.
