Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, owning the technical delivery from requirements analysis to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design discussions, making tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering.
• Design and support enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and production support for complex enterprise environments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers on resiliency and quality.
• Identify design gaps early and challenge non-scalable solutions during requirement analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform events.
• Strong understanding of governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing models, and performance optimization.
• Experience with asynchronous processing and large-scale data handling.
• Proficiency in enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce/Einstein AI, and CRM Analytics.
• Familiarity with event-driven, near real-time architectures and Hyperforce considerations.
• Proven ability to enable unified customer profiles and AI-ready data models.
