Description

Support the Salesforce Service Cloud application, focusing on member and provider call workflows and conversational AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing on Salesforce Service Cloud, accounting for approximately 60% of your workload.
• Automate test cases and manage integrations for roughly 40% of your tasks using an established framework.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop and refine test cases.
• Perform API testing and execute scripts within an Agile environment.
• Provide technical feedback throughout the sprint cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce Pages.
• Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.
• Experience writing scripts using BDD/Gherkin.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IVR or Conversational AI.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically with claims adjudication and 835/837 files.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
