Description

You will manage the operational support, maintenance, and advanced administration of the Salesforce platform and its related applications.

Responsibilities

  • Administer user profiles, access management, security, and data management within the platform.
  • Design and implement automation and process improvements using Flow.
  • Manage incident response, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, backup/recovery processes, and capacity planning.
  • Execute deployments between environments using version control.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce orgs with over 500 users.
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with AppExchange packages for document generation, DevOps, deduplication, and backup/recovery.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
  • Experience using version control for configuration deployments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder Certification.
