You will manage the operational support, maintenance, and advanced administration of the Salesforce platform and its related applications.
Responsibilities
- Administer user profiles, access management, security, and data management within the platform.
- Design and implement automation and process improvements using Flow.
- Manage incident response, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, backup/recovery processes, and capacity planning.
- Execute deployments between environments using version control.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce orgs with over 500 users.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with AppExchange packages for document generation, DevOps, deduplication, and backup/recovery.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
- Experience using version control for configuration deployments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder Certification.
