Description

You will lead functional design and solutioning for Salesforce implementations in automotive and manufacturing domains. You own the end-to-end functional delivery, bridging business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to prepare BRDs and functional design documentation.
  • Design end-to-end test scenarios by collaborating with business SMEs and development teams.
  • Propose Salesforce solutions that address specific customer business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and other interfacing applications.
  • Build JIRA dashboards to track project progress and requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting.
  • Strong expertise in SFDC Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud functional areas.
  • Proven experience with SFDC integration involving ERP and external applications.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis and functional documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platforms.
  • Experience using JIRA for project management and reporting.
  • Ability to work with data visualization and analytics.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Lightning and Classic Service consoles.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Community and Platform features.
