Description

You will design and build advanced Salesforce solutions focused on Agentforce-driven bid management workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance custom components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and manage complex Salesforce Flows, orchestrating across multiple systems.
• Leverage Agentforce to enable intelligent automation, document handling, and decisioning.
• Process and unify structured and unstructured data using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Analyse, refactor, and convert legacy Salesforce code to modern frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Apex (advanced patterns, integrations, performance tuning).
• Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including structured and unstructured data.
• Proven ability to read, understand, and modernize legacy Salesforce codebases.
• Experience building custom UI components and backend logic.
• Architect-level thinking with a developer’s execution mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines).
