Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce Communications Cloud environments, managing workflows and resolving critical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce Communications Cloud platform.
• Manage technical design details and implementation workflows.
• Perform quick fixes and triage issues in high-pressure environments.
• Work a flexible 40-hour week, including mandatory weekend shifts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling and SOQL.
• Experience with TMF Open APIs.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and data volume management.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Industries (SFDC) Velocity certification.
• OmniStudio certification.
