Lead hands-on Salesforce implementations and technical strategy for on-site delivery in NYC.

You will own the technical development, configuration, and architecture of Salesforce platforms. Manage end-to-end delivery and provide technical leadership for the team.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical development and configuration within the Salesforce platform.
• Define technical direction for Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce delivery and platform maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proven experience in a lead or management capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC.
