Description

Lead technical implementations and project delivery within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-scale projects including task tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable reviews.
• Configure Salesforce environments using declarative tools, workflows, and approval flows.
• Develop and deploy technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Build and manage data analytics dashboards and reporting structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Experience with API integrations and environment management.
• Hands-on experience with workflows including Flow and Process Builder.
• Strong background in data analytics and reporting.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability in project management and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
