Description

You will build and maintain technical solutions for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform to enable marketing team operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom queries, email templates, and AMPScript-based dynamic templates.
• Develop automation jobs and comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys.
• Manage Marketing Cloud Connector setup and integrations with Salesforce and other applications.
• Gather requirements and translate business use cases into technical implementations.
• Monitor email deliverability, generate reports, and manage IP warming.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
• Expertise in AMPScript, SQL, and querying Data Extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MQ, HTTP, and REST protocols.
• Proven track record with Marketing Cloud Connector setup and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Background in the banking or financial services industry.
