The Senior Salesforce & MCAE Administrator plays a crucial role in bridging sales, marketing, and business automation needs with technical execution within ERM’s Salesforce Center of Excellence. This hybrid position supports both Salesforce administration and MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) activities, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across lead generation, lead management, and sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Translating user stories into scalable designs across Salesforce Sales Cloud and MCAE.

- Engaging stakeholders to validate solutions.

- Delivering enhancements using declarative tools, MCAE configuration, and AppExchange package management.

- Managing the MCAE–Salesforce connector to ensure data quality.

- Adhering to governance and privacy standards.

- Executing deployments using ERM’s CI/CD process.
