Description

This role manages Salesforce Sales Cloud and MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) administration, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into scalable designs for Salesforce Sales Cloud and MCAE.
• Manage the MCAE–Salesforce connector to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Deliver enhancements using declarative tools, MCAE configuration, and AppExchange package management.
• Execute deployments using the organization’s CI/CD process.
• Engage stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure alignment with sales and marketing operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency with MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Pardot.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and Sales Cloud.
• Experience managing data integration between MCAE and Salesforce.
• Ability to adhere to governance and privacy standards.
• Experience with AppExchange package management.
• B. Tech in Computer Science or related field.
